A Modern Rebrand for Compassion House
Compassion Ministries provides residential care for pregnant and parenting young mothers ages 11–21 who need a safe, structured environment to grow and thrive.
The Challenge
The logo felt outdated, and the brand was falling short of reaching modern audiences. The client wanted a relevant refresh that would honor the organization’s 30-year history, and bring in new financial donors.
The Approach
I kept the core of the logo in tact by re-using the familiar heart shape. I updated it with a softer, bolder logomark that will work better across digital and social platforms. I pushed the brand forward with a modern pastel palette and round, inviting fonts.
The Result
The client was presented with two options, and they loved them both. After taking only one day to think about it, they chose this option and are excited to begin implementing it as soon as possible.
